Skor Crunch Donuts

Ingredients:
1 Cup Mashed Cooked yellow sweet potato
1 Scoop Vanilla Quattro protein powder
1/2 Cup Cristco vegetable shorting
1/2 Cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
4 Squares Dark chocolate
30 Grams Skor pieces
Directions:
Boil and mash sweet potato, fold in vegetable shorting , Quattro protein almond flour and baking soda. Scoop out mixture into pre-sprayed donut baking sheet. Note this mixture will be a little on the thicker side this is normal :)
Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Let cool before topping
Melt dark chocolate squares and dip the front side of each donut. Sprinkle on Skor candy pieces
